Acclaimed chef and restaurateur Jonathan Waxman has expanded his iconic Barbuto concept across the East River with the debut of Barbuto Brooklyn at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. 

After 21 years in the West Village, Barbuto’s second location carries forward the spirit of the original, offering Waxman’s signature California-Italian cuisine in a setting that feels both familiar and refreshingly new.

Separate from the full service restaurant, Barbuto Garden offers a laid-back, Italian-inspired space featuring walk-up counter service with small bites to-go and communal seating designed to make space for community and connection.
